Step 1: Grab your invitation link from here (http://forums.arma-roleplay.com/account/invitations)

Step 2: Have your friend register using your link

Step 3: Contact a Community Manager+ to receive your rewards once your friend has gone in-game​

1st referred friend = $500,000 in-game currency
2nd referred friend = $750,000 in-game currency
3rd referred friend = 1 month Subscriber free
4th referred friend = 1 month Donator rank free
5th referred friend = Mysterious random prize

Spoiler: Referral Terms

You may only claim your reward within 2 weeks of your friend registering
Your friend must not be banned
You can not 'refer for refer' i.e. having your friend refer you, then you refer them
